Terms and Conditions

• Appointments are required for all services.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs prior to your session.
• ÉTÉRNEL Experiences reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns or inappropriate behavior.

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and possible banning from future services.

• By receiving services at ÉTÉRNEL Experiences, you acknowledge that massage and wellness treatments are not a substitute for medical care and that any information provided by your therapist is for general well-being only.
• ÉTÉRNEL Experiences and its staff are not liable for any injury or health condition that may arise from the use of our services.

• ÉTÉRNEL Experiences may update these terms at any time. Please review them regularly.
